IMPOTENCE Review
What is Impotence?
Impotence in men is the failure to gain or maintain an erect penis with enough rigidity to allow vaginal penetration. While there are unusual cases of impotency where the impotence manifests itself in never being able to gain an erection the most common condition is experiencing erectile dysfunction or not performing sexually within a time frame of normally functional intercourse. There have been a number of impotency cures, impotency remedies, and in the past 15 years leaps in impotency drugs catering to male impotency.
What are some of the causes of male impotency?
Impotence in men has become much more common or at least more recognized amongst the medical community and men seeking help for this condition has skyrocketed. While it is accepted that impotency can be and often is caused by psychological issues there is certainly enough evidence to support that the easiest method of treating impotence in many cases is primarily by treating physiological symptoms. While they may not work in all cases, there are actual pills that will solve the problem for many men experiencing impotence who are seeking a firmer penis when sexually aroused or during intercourse. Men may also experience other symptoms of sexual impotency or dysfunction such as lack of libido, small volume of semen during ejaculation or the absence of the ability to ejaculate, or achieve an orgasm. What is an erection?
An erection is caused by changes in the nerves of the penis which rush blood into the penile vessels. The constant flow in and out of the penis is what causes and maintains an ejection. Specialized spongy tissue will trap the inflow of blood which will keep the penis hard and erect. Following a man's ejaculation of semen, the actual process is reversed which will actually reverse the whole operation and the penis will become flaccid and soft. The more blood that can be rushed into the penis, the larger it will grow and the thicker it can become, along with the more girth will be available for stimulation. One recommendation is to reduce performance anxiety and stress prior to engaging in sex. Do not attempt to have sex when under a time restriction and do not engage in actual sex right away. This will reduce the anxiety and have a calming effect. Here is how an erection actually occurs
Outside stimulation signals pass via the nervous system from nerve endings to spinal chord to pelvis to prostate into the corpora cavernosa and the arteries responsible for the blood flow. Once the penis begins to be filled with blood the penile muscle fibers will relax allowing even more blood in to add further growth to the penis. This stretches the tunica or the sheath without. The tunica blocks the blood from rushing backward out of the penis.
After a semen ejaculation the brain signals change drastically and there is a surge of noradrenalin production that allows the penile muscles to soften. The blood flows out of the penis as it is no longer trapped and the penis goes flaccid.
Impotence is one of the most commonly treated sexual dysfunctions that can often be remedied with the simple use of a pill prior to sex or everyday at certain doses.
